The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining and establishing an environment and culture that follows the Total Beauty Supply mission through store operations. The Store Manager takes ownership of all store level operations through partnership with the company's resources. The Store Manager actively participates in business building along with ensuring profitability through increased sales, marketing strategies and proper staffing.

Physical Demands: as part of performing the duties associated with this position, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be subjected to warehouse conditions, and work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
Regular internal contact is primarily with the co-workers, other members of the management team, and line management, professional employees and the hourly work force. Primary external contact is with the industry associations, customers, vendors, and various contractors and/or consultants.

A Beauty Specialist is someone who has knowledge, formal training and experience in the hair, cosmetic and/or skin care industry. The Beauty Specialist's primary focus is to provide enthusiastic personalized customer service, build and maintain customer relationships, and meet sales goals. This role is a sales position within a retail setting.
